Overview:
For
over 70 years, Triangle Printing has been in business
selling corporate digital imaging and printing services
as well as consumer creative supplies. With 17 locations
in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Triangle is recognized
as one of the leading reprographic companies in North
America.
Project:
Triangle
sought a custom e-commerce solution that would integrate
seamlessly with a new website design and architecture,
while working in real-time with online transactions,
offline product inventory and customer fulfillment.
A custom software web application was also necessary
for reporting and other administrative duties in an
effort to manage their online and offline data in a
centralized location. In addition, an interactive e-marketing
product and strategy was required to keep the Triangle
members updated.
Solution:
Our
creative team designed a user-friendly website consistent
with the company’s current brand image that was
functional and easy to navigate. Working with our creative
web team, our software engineers were able to custom
develop a web store for Triangle’s products and
services, tied into a robust online member registration
database which stored customer information and offered
an online history. Once a transaction was processed
online and a new customer registered, this data was
integrated in real time with the company’s current
inventory and fulfillment systems. It also allowed for
the customer to be able to view detailed order shipment
and tracking information.
Xquizit
also developed a web database that centralized the online
and offline data in one place, making the organization
of information both current and reliable. Xquizit designed
a web interface to allow Triangle to control and edit
key portions of their site using a customized admin
management tool. This interactive e-commerce website
was complemented by a cross-promoted HTML e-piece that
kept the current membership and Triangle opt-in e-community
informed on new products, services and art classes.
Result:
A
complete interactive website inclusive of web-based
client access, database, and reporting tools. Improved
customer service, increased productivity and accuracy,
as well as value-added services that facilitate the
gathering and reporting of key statistics and maintain
them in a secure environment. Enhanced communication
practices both online and off.
